Flyleaf Concert

      So I was planning on going to a Flyleaf concert and have it just the same as always, front row, screaming " I love you Lacey" a lot. But this time it took a whole new twist and God brought me more than I could ever expect. This Flyleaf concert included a 15 minute interview with them and front of the stage pictures. I also got to make them a cake, I made it look like Jack Skeleton and they loved it (if you want to see the cake go here). Going into that interview it took so much of my strength not to lose it. They all shook my hand and introduced themselves but in the back of my mind I was like I already know all your names. They didn't realize how much of a fan I was. I knew all their names, I don't think anyone who has interviewed them knew all their names already, maybe like 5 minutes ahead of time but no one can compare to my 5 years ahead of time. I was so nervous walking in there and Lacey could tell, she was telling me not to be nervous and got me a water because she is such a lovely person. She always cares about people even in concerts she tries to help people get out of suffocating areas when the crowd squeezes up and people are struggling for air, Ive been there its a horrible feeling. so anyway at the interview I was so scared of bursting into tears and not being able to finish. I also felt like throwing up and I so I just prayed in my head lord please don't make me throw up. I messed up on things I wanted to say but it wasn't noticeable because they didn't really know what I had written anyway. In some areas I said um a lot and I was thinking wow these people probably think I'm horrible at this. But after the interview Lacey talked to me some more and she told me that I was a great interviewer and it really made me feel so much better to know that. She told me it was a blessing to her that I came to interview them. She said a lot that really made me feel so blessed. I'm still in shock that this even happened. I will have the interview posted on here as soon as I get the recordings that were taken. and also i got a picture with them!!!
