Paramore's Announcement

As some of you may know Zac and Josh from Paramore have announced they are leaving the band. So on Paramore's website Hayley wrote an announcement about Zac and Josh leaving but at the same time Josh had a blog post about his side. And on Paramore's website Hayley says there was a fake post about the announcement and now people don't know if the post on Josh's blog was the fake one. The post on Josh's blog was kind of disappointing explaining things about how the band was centered towards Hayley a lot when the guys were really the ones who started the band. I was really upset that the blog post really made me change my mind about Hayley and I try to believe it isn't true but I think it is and now all my feelings about Paramore are gone and it really sucks because they were my 2nd favorite band and now they like are non-existent. Everything I ever loved about Paramore was a lie according to Josh's blog. I always loved how they were all good friends and were loving the music, like look at the picture of them above wouldn't you think they are all friends loving what they do having a good time, but from Josh's blog it seems like Hayley and her agent and her family were taking control of everything giving the guys no involvement in what was going on. It seems like Hayley was just selfish and wanted her way. I'm surprised the guys stuck around that long from what I hear from his blog. For Today

For Today is a Christian metal band that is extremely Godly and don't try to cover that up. Their lyrics are very direct and express Gods love. They are very dedicated to be known for their love for God and they aren't afraid. I love them for that reason, if you are gonna stand for something do it and don't change for fame. This band is true and they are real and it is so amazing to see a band who doesn't make themselves who they think people would want them to be, they are who they are because they love God. I went to their concert last week and it was such a beautiful thing that they got up there and spoke about God to all the people in that audience that have not been saved and who are going through hard times. This band is here for a reason and they are here to help open the eyes of those who are so blind to God's love and possibly save a life. There is no doubt that this band will help people who are helpless. Since they sing about God in such a powerful way with the genera they are in they attract an audience who can really benefit from the truth in their lyrics. The Devil Wears Prada was also playing at the show but they didn't have as much to say as For Today did. For Today went all out and said more than just God bless. I love TDWP too but I would have loved it so much more if they went all out like For Today did. I was standing in the second row and as they were talking about Jesus and saying "you will not leave here the same way you came" a girl of a couple standing in front of me (who I was trying to get in front of like the whole show but she kept pushing me back) took her hand and put it on her boyfriends head and said "you are healed", she was making a joke out of it and it really upset me a lot. It also made me upset because if you don't like this band then let me in front of you because I do! Not only did this make me upset but it also gave me more reason to try to change the minds of people like that. To see that opened my eyes to realize how maybe 80% of the people there thought of it as a joke too and for them to be at a concert with this band made them just one step closer to knowing Gods love. I hope this band never stops doing what they are, they are an inspiration to many Christian bands. For Today is a blessing to the music industry.

Flyleaf Remeber to Live

I got this cd yesterday because I had to get it the day it came out. I had just enough money for it. It's $10 but I only had $8 so I asked my mom for money but then at best buy it was on sale for $7.99 so it was perfect for me like God was saying this is meant for me. I listened to the first song which is Justice&Mercy and I was so surprised to hear the song acoustically. It gave the song a whole new feel and it was beautiful. The song Light In Your Eyes is the only song on the album I hadn't heard before and it is one of the best songs by them I have ever heard. The song means so much to me and really got to me like I wanted to believe it was made for me but like it probably wasn't but it just feels like it and that's why I love that song so much . Lacey's voice is so beautiful and I love how she uses it in that song. This album shows a softer side of Flyleaf with a more acoustic feel, like for example there is no song on this album that is similar to "I'm So Sick". Overall this album is awesome and you should go get it because they are so talented and this music makes my want to lift my hands to the Lord just like Lacey does.
